The Location is at the heart of Mississauga downtown right beside bus terminal. The PSB fitness center will open in the new building of expanding HMC campus. Providing with students a convenient location to access their fitness and well being needs in their very own campus providing students a recreational facility to connect after classes. Not to be confused, the facility is open to general public as well. With Mississauga Square One bus terminal you are always just 500 meters away from catching your bus home.

In order to ensure an effective result after each workout session, each individual has to consume an adequate number of calories. As a result, it will be used to balance out or cover the amount that is lost. Still, will everyone know exactly how many calories they lost, how many calories they need to reload, or what to avoid?

Meal Plan Coaching

For instance, the nutrition coaches will provide different alternative options on ingredients so members can comfortably switch between their meals with the guarantee of the same calorie rate. Furthermore, nutrition staff will introduce members to different functional products (powder, vitamin, snack) that are available at the gym so they can get exactly what they need. This will then avoid the misuse of any functional products and ensure member’s physical and mental status grows healthily and positively.

PT with Nutrition Coaching at PSB Fitness

Currently, we have 4 nutrition coaches that are available across two locations, which are Mississauga and Brampton. PSB Fitness members can make weekly appointments with one of our nutrition coaches to measure the progress and ask any questions.

**Please notice, the nutrition coaching appointment will include:

  • Examining caloric needs
  • Educating knowledge on ingredients and food components
  • Generating evaluation and suggestion on member’s diet or meal plan
  • Performing body composition testing and dietary assessments.

(Each member is entitled to 2 hours meeting each week and a maximum of 1 hour per day)
