Intro to PSB Fitness 

PSB Fitness is a Canadian owned business committed to offering students, faculty, and alumni of Sheridan College the best opportunity to better themselves through health and wellness. Our founders Jessie and Matt understood what was needed from our business with a combined 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. During the Covid-19 pandemic they decided it was time to use their knowledge to build an inclusive gym environment centered around availability and affordability for students. 

Where can you find us?

With 2 studios located in the Davis and HMC campuses our clients are mere steps away from their next workout when class is over.  Our gyms are open 24/7 to our clients as we recognize that everyone has a different preferred time to be active. Alternatively, PSB Fitness now offers an online workout program subscription service for those with less flexible schedules. They are now free to work out at home or in person whenever they see fit.

We have invested heavily in our business to provide you with the best possible services required to enhance your fitness experience. Including: state of the art machinery, a health and wellness cafe, steam rooms, recovery chambers, and newly hired experienced personnel.

We look to ensure that all our guests not only feel comfortable in their own skin but with others around them as well. Every member of PSB Fitness must sign a document which outlines our terms and conditions and abide by them at all times or the result will be a loss of membership. Latest Changes 

As mentioned before, PSB Fitness now offers online workout via our newly developed training software. We understand how hard it can be to fit exercise into your already busy schedule. So allow us to come to you with our comprehensive training model, this allows you to choose your workouts and the duration. The online workout subscription costs just $9.99 per month or one time payment of $99.99 annually. Don’t let a busy life stop you from achieving your fitness goals!
