WHY CHOOSE PSB FITNESS?
We are a fitness centre looking to help students incorporate fruitful and productive performance workouts at our fitness locations either virtually from the comforts of their home or wherever they desire to participate from so as to increase their comfort and convenience. This is because, while our goal is to help you achieve your fitness goals, we will also recommend work out routines, meals and diet plans.
Our goal is to ensure a friendly community so as to build long lasting relationships.
VIRTUAL SESSIONS
PSB fitness will also offer lots of virtual sessions to accommodate student workouts in this current economic state. Virtual sessions can be booked through out online schedules by picking the best possible and available time with one of our trainers or fitness representatives and this does not incur any extra charges whatsoever. While the sessions can be one on one sessions, there could also be group virtual workouts so as to enable togetherness.
The virtual workouts that we will provide will as a result allow our gym members to record their workout sessions and go back to it whenever they desire to do the same routines and stay consistent.

The membership prices will have options of monthly, semi-annually and annual memberships so as to help suit the needs of customers.

COVID 19 Regulations
- Masks are mandatory in all our fitness centres.
- Sanitize your hands upon entry into the fitness centres so as to avoid the spread of germs.
- Any persons facing COVID symptoms will not be welcome and as a result, will be sent back home.
- Always maintain a 6 feet distance at all times so to ensure safety.
