Welcome to PSB Café, an on-campus café and dessert shop that offers a selection of fresh bakery items and great-tasting coffee at student-friendly prices. As of July 2023, we have introduced Vegan Kulfi and Lactose-Free ice cream to our Mississauga and Brampton locations for a limited time. Read on to learn more about it!
PSB Café is a labour of love brought to you by our passionate founders, Jessi, and Matt, two graduates-turned-entrepreneurs with a lineage of skilled family bakers and exceptional coffee connoisseurship.
PSB Café aims to offer students a safe and calm place to work, study, network, and connect with friends while enjoying our selection of hand-crafted baked goods, sweet treats, and delicious coffee.

PSB Café is more than a coffee shop, it’s a designated spot to build connections and belong to a community. As our founders Jessi and Matt know, being a student can be sometimes challenging. Especially for our international friends, we understand that being away from home can be exciting, scary, and downright lonely at times– that’s why we’re committed to being an inclusive space of commonalty, diversity, and safety. Our brand aims to be a spot where all are welcomed, ideas are shared, and friendships are made.

We are proud to have collaborated with Sheridan College graduate and South Asian culinary chef, Priya Singh, to create a selection of delicious South Asian-inspired vegan kulfi and lactose-free ice cream that will be launching this summer at Mississauga and Brampton campuses.

So, what makes our ice cream so creamy you might ask? The answer is coconut milk! Firstly, coconut milk is an excellent substitute for dairy. It gives our ice cream a smooth, creamy richness that brings out the glorious, aromatic spice and flavours that we know you’ll love and can’t resist. Secondly, there are some added health and nutritional benefits:
