Our cafe is the result of two dedicated PSB alumni, Jessie and Matt, who combine vision and an unwavering commitment to quality. PSB Her Cafe fulfills Jessie’s long-held wish to have her own bakery, inspired by her family’s baking traditions. With her amazing baking skills and creative touch, she offers a variety of pastries, cakes and baked goods to satisfy even the most discerning sweet tooth.
Our esteemed barista Matt is passionate about what he does and considers himself a true coffee lover. He crafts each cup with skill and precision, ensuring a rich and fragrant experience that delights your senses. He has many years of experience and a deep understanding of coffee. Matt’s passion for coffee is reflected in every drink, from sourcing the finest beans to perfecting the brewing process.
