Dear Brewin, we have great news for you! Beginning on September 1st, we will be joining you on your academic journey. At PSB Cafe, we provide a variety of coffee-based items, baked goods, and exclusive experiences that are tailored to assist you in relaxing, socializing, studying, and treating yourself.
Our coffee shop stands out for a simple reason – we’ve been in your shoes before. As previous students of Sheridan College, we understand the stress of deadlines, assignments, and exams. Our goal is to make your life simpler and less stressful. We offer a variety of delicious products, flexible payment options, advance order placement during exam season, special occasion gifts, and live coffee-crafting experiences to help you every step of the way.

We have always held a dream of owning our very own café, but the journey hasn’t been an easy one. However, our love and passion for coffee and bakery have given us the purpose and drive to keep pushing forward. We want to be a reminder that everything you dream of is possible as long as you have the confidence and determination to see it through. This is why we want to be close to you, by offering you coffee to give you the boost you need to face a new day, a new challenge, or a new connection.
