The demand for the cold Coffee is increasing day by day. In order to pursue the demand of people our cafe has decided to implement a loyalty program on points based reward. In this point based reward system program if a customer will purchase 5 drinks the next drink will be automatically free to that customer because of points based reward system. Points Based reward System

50 reward points = 1 free cold coffee

10 reward points = 1 cold coffee

 

Reward points system is becoming popular day by day in every restaurant, cafe or any food store. We have also decided to launch a point based reward system. As described above this system will help customer to enjoy a free coffee after the purchases of 5 coffees. After the purchase of 5 coffees customer will have enough points to redeem and get a free cold coffee. These kind of points based reward system will help our cafe to attract more and more customers. These kind of point based rewards are liked by customers because these are very easy to understand and use. We have implemented another idea on our points based system because of our customers’s demand. According to the new idea we will give 2 points for every single visit to a customer. This thing will surely excite the customer. This will encourage the customer for regular visits.

 

Weekly Promotions

Some of the daily offers attracts most of the customers as it creates a buzz among them. Our cafe is based in Sheridan college which is a huge advantage for us. this can also help to bring more customers during slow hours of the cafe. We can provide offers in the following ways

Monday = free bagel with ice coffee

Tuesday = buy two get one free

Wednesday = buy two large size coffee get one small free

Thursday = double of rewards points between 3 pm to 6 pm

Friday = discount of some items

On the weekends we offer a free delivery to our lovely customers if the order is more than 3 cold coffees within 4 km range of our cafe. We will drop your drinks at your doorsteps following the contactless delivery because of the corona virus.

 

Customer Rewards

We will set up a review chart in our cafe. We will request our customers to give our cafe an appropriate rating depending on our services, quality, food and drinks. Every month we will select two customers with best reviews and we will award them with a gift card worth $25 that they can use in our cafe anytime thereafter. This will attract the customers and will also boost up in our cafe’s ratings and sales. this will help in building a significant image of our cafe.

 

Focusing On the quality

 

As a customer point of view we know customer focuses on quality. More than 70% of customers need fresh drinks or food no matter from where they are getting it. Keeping in mind all these things we offer premium plastic glasses for our coffee and paper straws which are also environment friendly. Because quality is more important than quantity therefore we are offering excellent quality of products and services to gain more and more customers. Our coffee machines are cleaned regularly to take care of hygiene and we used updated and best products.

 

Our first priority is the loyalty of our customers and  we will not disappoint them ever.
