PSB Café: Your Healthy Zone
Did you just have a stressful exam, day, or overall mood? The PSB Café is where you can release all your stress and worries from our quality products! Our food here at PSB Café makes you feel home and makes you less worried about all the things that are going on in the world. This Café was started in 2020 and we are known for our organic, delicious, healthy baked products. Our aim here at PSB Café is to fulfill the customer with their needs, comfort, privacy, and a place where students or an everyday type of person can relax and focus on their work or their mindfulness.
What do we serve?
Here at PSB Café, we serve two things; quality and satisfaction for our customers. Our bakery items are healthy and tasty. Most of our products here are served in a unique way, more unique than your average Café. We also serve products that are gluten-free, no added sugars, and so on. Our main and most popular products are our Salty Snacks! Our Café operates in Sheridan College and due to this, our primary focus is on the diploma or degree students who want to enjoy something which is unique, healthy, and something that can enlighten their day and mood.
Our Way of Serving
We serve our customers through walk-in at the College food courts as well as digitally. With the pandemic that is going on, we are operating online as Sheridan College is not open due to COVID-19. Even though we have this alternative way of serving our customers, our customers are still happy that they can get their favorite snack of the day delivered to them.
Customer Feedbacks
Since the opening of our Café in 2020, we have received many positive feedbacks from our customers which shows how well we operate in our industry. The majority of our feedback from customers is them mention how unique our Café is than the average Café, as well as how comfortable and welcoming it is while we were open before the COVID-19 Pandemic. Customers also mention how healthy our food is and how that impacts their mood. The online portion of our items is also gaining more popularity and attention as not that many Café’s do home deliveries.
What Are Our Future Plans?
Our future plan is to expand to in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We aim at opening more of our Café’s in Colleges at these locations as their population is a lot larger than Mississauga and Brampton. With a higher and more dense population, this is a big benefit to us as we aim and plan to dominate the Cafe industry and serve customers healthy food. There is a lot of tourism in Toronto and we would be more than happy to serve our tourists delicious, healthy snacks! Another plan we have is to maintain the quality and performance of our employees. We also plan to continue serving students and making sure they eat healthy food, as well as serving an everyday customer type who wants to come into our Café individually or with a loved one!
