User Experience (UX):

User experience (UX) is in charge of analyzing, investigating and concluding the user’s attitudes towards a product. It also take care of all aspects of the user’s interaction with the final product. For this we use different research methods, for example: satisfaction surveys, competitor analysis, among others. These studies include emotions, preferences, perceptions and behaviors, before, during and after the use of the product.

With this we are even clearer about this concept. Now we must understand that it is very difficult to be successful in the digital universe with only one of them. That is why we must combine them in order to have a satisfactory visual and usable experience.
